Starting in the fall of 2025, the team will have an exclusive jersey design
New technical sponsor Ukrainian national team will become Adidas. Cooperation will begin in autumn 2024.
The Ukrainian Football Association has already reached an agreement on global joint activities. Including the company’s participation in various social projects in Ukraine, the construction of infrastructure and football grounds, and the opening of specialized fan shops of the national team in large cities.
The Ukrainian national team will initially play in standard uniforms from Adidas. From autumn 2025, the team will receive an exclusive design.
The Spanish equipment manufacturer Joma has been a technical partner of the FFU/UAF since 2017. Prior to this, for eight years (2009 – 2016), the Ukrainian national teams competed in equipment from Adidas.
In March 2023, Joma became the technical sponsor of Russian Zenit. After this, in particular, Karpaty changed its supplier of sports uniforms, and Krivbass suspended all advertising obligations to its technical partner. In turn, the UAF then contacted Joma about cooperation with the Russian club. At the same time, the Spanish company denied cooperation with the Russians.
The Ukrainian national team will begin training in Marbella, Spain, one of these days. The blue-yellows will play away against Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 21 in the semi-finals of the 2024 European Championship qualifying playoffs. If they win, Rebrov’s team will host the winner of the Israel-Iceland duel in Wroclaw, Poland, on March 26. Tickets for this match are already on sale.
