Playoff matches will take place on March 13 and 17
Composition determined Ukrainian men’s handball team for the matches of the first phase of the second round of the European qualifying playoffs World Cup 2025.
Our team’s opponent will be the Estonia national team. The play-offs will take place on March 13 and 17. The first meeting will take place in Tallinn, and the blue-yellows will nominally play their home match in Alytus, Lithuania.

The Ukrainian national team is coached by Vadim Brazhnik, who replaced Vyacheslav Lochman in this post after unsuccessful qualification for Euro 2024.
If Ukraine defeats Estonia in a two-legged clash, it will advance to the second phase of the second stage of World Cup qualifying. The four winners of the first phase will take part in it, as well as 18 teams from the 2024 European Championship, which will take place in January.
The two-legged matches of the 2nd stage of the qualifying playoffs will take place in May 2024. The winners will receive tickets to the 2025 World Cup.
