Mexican Carlos Cuadras will defend his interim WBC junior super bantamweight title against former world champion Andrew Moloney. Also WBA World Bantamweight Champion Nina Hughes will meet with the ex-champion Chernekoy Johnson.
The fight between Vasily and George for the vacant IBF lightweight belt will take place on May 12. The event will take place at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, starting approximately at 5 a.m. Kyiv time.
Let us remember that in May 2023, Lomachenko lost to Devin Haney in a fight for the title of absolute world champion. In turn, Kambosos defeated Briton Maxi Hughes in his last fight, winning the IBO lightweight title.
