Norwegian skiers Klebo and Skistad won the sprint race at the World Cup in Sweden

Five-time Olympic champion Johannes Klebo won the sprint at the cross-country skiing World Cup in Falun, Sweden.

Klebo won the final race in 2 minutes and 56.78 seconds.

The second result was presented by Finnish Lauri Vuorinen, who lost 1.14 seconds to the winner. Third place was taken by Norwegian Harald Amundsen (+1.37).

The women’s competition was also won by Norwegian Kristin Skistad. She won the sprint in 3 minutes and 16.11 seconds.

Swede Lynn Swan took third place (+1.18), with third place going to her compatriot Jonna Sundling (+1.56).

On Saturday, March 16, during the World Cup stage in Falun, classic-style time trials for men and women will take place.
