Figure skater Enbert talks about his participation in the Crystal gala: “For one day, I will turn into a speed skater”

Olympic silver medalist in figure skating Alexandre Enbert said he will try to demonstrate high speed in the speed skating race at the Crystal Gala.

As part of this event, which will take place on March 20 in Krylatskoye, races will be held with the participation of representatives of summer and winter sports. In particular, former Russian national team player Alexei Smertin and Olympic 800 meter champion Yuri Borzakovsky will be on the ice. Enbert will start the same race with Games silver medalist in cross-country skiing Alexander Panjinski, presenter Emma Gadzhieva will compete with Universiade bronze medalist in figure skating Stanislava Konstantinova.

— On March 20, I will turn into a speed skater for a day and try to demonstrate high speed. I have not yet participated in such shows. I am happy that the sport is progressing and becoming more spectacular and interesting for spectators. “I am happy to participate in this celebration of sport,” said Enbert, quoted by the gala organizing committee.
