“Having finished the sport, I began to try myself in a variety of roles and fields. Of course, I still play in Ilya Averbukh’s show, but now I also want to add other fields – to develop my figure skating school, try I always wanted to try, it’s very interesting to see what comes out of it, ”said Bobrova.
Ekaterina Bobrova performed in ice dancing. Together with Dmitry Solovyov, she became the Olympic champion in the figure skating team tournament at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi. At the 2018 Olympics in Pyeongchang, Korea, Bobrova and Solovyov won silver medals as part of the Russian Olympic Committee team.
Bobrova and Solovyov are also European champions in 2013, bronze medalists of the 2013 World Figure Skating Championships and silver medalists of the 2017 World Figure Skating Team Championships.
