Christian’s corner took the boxer down after the third round
Former interim world heavyweight champion Dillian Whyte (30-3, 20 KOs) defeated the representative of Germany Christian Hammer (27-11, 17 KOs).
The fight between White and Hammer took place in Ireland and became the main fight of the Once Upon a Time in the West boxing evening. The German’s team withdrew Christian from the fight after the third round.
Let us remember that White passed a positive doping test during an unscheduled test before the fight with Anthony Joshua in August 2023. The investigation ultimately showed that the banned substance entered the boxer’s body accidentally through a contaminated food additive.
However, White recently received permission to resume his professional career. The Briton was cleared of doping charges.
White fought his last fight before being disqualified in November 2022. Dillian defeated American Jermaine Franklin by decision.
