In addition, the IOC Executive Committee approved the flag and anthem of neutral athletes from Russia and Belarus. These athletes will not be mentioned in the medal table.
Neutral athletes will be required to sign the conditions of participation applicable to the 2024 Olympic Games. They contain a commitment to respect the Olympic Charter.
