Defender Ukrainian national team Alexander Karavaev spoke about the preparation and mood of the team before today’s play-off match with the national team Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“The feelings are only positive. We are very serious, even more than one hundred percent. The lawn feels good and fast. There are some places there… But we worked through all the exercises today. Then in the evening, when the dew begins, the field becomes even faster. And this is better for us, because we love fast football. It is better to play on such a field than when it is dry. The weather conditions are normal – everything is fine.”

The match will take place today, March 21, in the city of Zenica at the Bilino Pole stadium. Starts at 20:45 local time (21:45 Kyiv time). The match will be officiated by a German team of referees led by Felix Zweier.
In case of victory, Ukraine will meet with the winner of the Israel-Iceland confrontation. The final match will be a “home” match for the blue-yellows and will take place on March 26 in Wroclaw, Poland.
The final part of Euro 2024 will be held in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024. The matches of the European Championship will be held in arenas in Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.
