Today, the Ukrainian took 8th place in the final of the competition in long jump
Ukrainian Marina Bekh-Romanchuk commented on her speeches 2022 World Championships in Athletics in American Eugene.
“Today I did my best. Unfortunately, this is only 6.82, but this is the result and, in principle, such a position. Something like this. At this stage, I have no positive impressions of these competitions. But as it turned out, in principle, it happened. We’re getting ready, the season isn’t over yet.”
“If I knew what to do with these spatulas, I would have solved this problem long ago.”
Today at the 2022 World Cup, Bekh-Romanchuk took 8th place in the final of the long jump competition. In the best attempt, the Ukrainian jumped 6.82 m. Note that four out of six jumps by Bekh-Romanchuk were not counted due to a spade.
Earlier, at the world championship in Eugene, Bekh-Romanchuk performed in the final in the triple jump. Marina took 11th place with a score of 13.91m.
Recall that Ukraine won two medals at the 2022 World Championships, both in the high jump. Bronze in the men’s competition was won by Andrei Protsenko, silver among women was won by Yaroslava Maguchy.
