The Alfa-Bank Russian Cross-Country Skiing Championship will continue in the Arkhangelsk region on Friday, March 22 with a women’s relay race (4 people x 5 km).

14 teams will start the relay. Olympic champions Veronika Stepanova and Tatyana Sorina took part in the competition. Stepanova, together with Alina Pekletsova, Maria Istomina and Svetlana Zaborskaya, will represent the Arkhangelsk region team. Sorina will compete for the Tyumen Region-1 team along with Alisa Zhambalova, Ekaterina Smirnova and Elizaveta Pantrina.
The Alfa-Bank Russian Cross-Country Ski Championship will take place from March 16 to 24 at the Malinovka ski center in the village of Kononovskaya, Arkhangelsk region.
