The midfielder became the 295th blue-yellow player in history
Midfielder Vladimir Brazhko officially debuted in the national Ukrainian national team.
The 22-year-old midfielder appeared in the starting lineup for the blue-yellows in the match against Bosnia and Herzegovina in the semi-finals of the qualifying playoffs Euro 2024. Vladimir became the 295th player in the history of the Ukrainian national team.
The Dynamo midfielder previously played for Ukrainian junior and youth teams. As part of the Ukrainian U-21 national team, Vladimir reached the semi-finals of the 2022 European Youth Championship.
The match Bosnia and Herzegovina – Ukraine takes place at the Bilino Pole stadium. The match is officiated by a German team of referees led by Felix Zweyer.
In case of victory, Ukraine will meet with the winner of the Israel-Iceland confrontation. The final match will be at home for the blue-yellows and will take place on March 26 in Wroclaw, Poland.
