President of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation (VFV) Stanislav Shevchenko told that the federation plans to start work on organizing a friendly match between the national teams of Russia and Serbia.

Earlier, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, Oleg Matytsin, had this idea, citing as an example the cooperation of countries in organizing a football match in Moscow.

— This question is still under study, but the idea is good. We plan to start organizing the work. We liked this initiative. There is no agreement on the schedule yet, everything is at the stage of negotiations,” Shevchenko told .

On Thursday, the Russian national football team defeated the Serbian team in Moscow with a score of 4:0. On March 25, the Russians will meet Paraguay.
