Athletistic/ Figure skating. The head of the International Skating Union (ISU), Chae Yeol Kim, spoke about the medications taken by Kamila Valieva.
Previously, the skater was disqualified for 4 years for doping.
“We were very surprised at how many substances Valieva was taking at the age of 15,” Chae Yol Kim was quoted as saying by TASS.
Prior to this, CAS clarified that Valieva took approximately 60 different medications and supplements from 2020 to 2021.
Valieva’s disqualification expires in December 2025. Previously, the athlete was deprived of all the titles she won in adult tournaments.
