Italian tennis player Lorenzo Musetti won debut ATP tournament in a career. In the final in Hamburg, the 20-year-old beat another young player, a 19-year-old Carlos Alcaraz.

The duel lasted almost three hours. Musetti won the first set and took a break lead in the second. However, the Italian missed five match points and lost the second set in a tie-break.

In the final set, tennis players confidently took their serve. Alcaraz made a mistake first at 4-5, which decided the outcome of the match.

Thanks to Musetti’s victory, for the first time in his career, he will rise to 31st place in the ATP rankings. Alcaraz will also update his personal record next week and become the fifth racket of the world.

Recall that the first racket of Ukraine Vitaliy Sachko will perform in the main draw of the ATP 250 tournament in Kitzbühel as a lucky loser. In the first round, the Ukrainian will play with Dusan Lajovic.
