Athletistic/ Others. The President of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (VFCG) Irina Viner-Usmanova shared her opinion on the performance of Russian gymnasts at the international “Crystal Rose” tournament in Minsk.
“Everything went very well. Two gold medals were won by Lala Kramarenko from Russia. Dina and Arina Averina also performed very well. Of course, they were not in the shape that allows them to achieve their highest achievements, but they performed very well,” Viner-Usmanov said.
The “Crystal Rose” tournament was held in Minsk from July 22 to 24. Russia’s Lala Kramarenko took first place in the ribbon and clubs routines, and also won silver medals in the all-around and hoop routines. Dina Averina became a bronze medalist in ball exercises. Arina Averina took third place in club exercises.
In the team competition, the first place was taken by the first Russian team consisting of Dina and Arina Averin, Maria Borisova and Anna Popova. The silver in the team tournament went to the first team from Belarus and the bronze to the second team from Russia (Lala Kramarenko, Anastasia Guzenkova, Diana Chugunikhina and Eva Kalinina).
