Legendary defender Ashley Cole inducted into Premier League Hall of Fame

In England, Ashley played for Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Derby County

Premier League Hall of Fame added another legendary football player – defender Ashley Cole. This is the first induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2024.

Cole is a product of London Arsenal. In England, the defender also played for Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Derby County, making a total of more than 500 matches in his career, including appearances for Roma and Los Angeles Galaxy

In total, Ashley won 16 trophies, becoming the champion of England three times, triumphing in the FA Cup seven times and once in the Champions League and Europa League. During his 13 years with England, Cole made more than 100 appearances.

The first officials to be inducted into the English Premier League Hall of Fame were Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry. Also in the Premier League Hall of Fame are legendary mentors Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger, ex-Arsenal defender Tony Adams, former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech and ex-centreback Rio Ferdinand, who gained fame at Manchester United.
