Skier Bolshunov became the most tested Russian athlete for doping in January-February 2024

Three-time Olympic cross-country ski champion Alexander Bolshunov in the first two months of 2024, the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) carried out tests more often than other athletes, reports the website organizations.

From January to February 2024, Bolshunov was tested five times. At the last Russian Championship, the 27-year-old skier won four gold medals: in sprint, skiathlon, team sprint and relay.

In addition, based on the results of the first two months of the year, skiers Savely Korostelev, Anastasia Kuleshova, Elizaveta Pantrina, as well as track and field athlete Konstantin Krylov, were checked for doping four times by RUSADA.
