Volleyball world champion Kosheleva first infected with coronavirus

Russian volleyball player Tatyana Kosheleva playing for Italian club Vallefoglia, has reported a positive coronavirus test.

According to her, the disease is not asymptomatic, she has a fever and a cough.

“You haven’t contacted me for three years, and now the time has come. Hello COVID. And not just a stupid virus, but with all its dirty tricks in the form of high temperature, weakness, d a cough and, I hope, this list will be completed. I am a person who always asks myself: “Why did this situation happen to me?”

Here you can’t even rack your brains. I would be surprised if that didn’t happen.

I solemnly declare: henceforth I choose myself. All. I don’t want any more lessons, I understood everything, heard everything and learned everything. And thank you, COVID, who else would stop me like this and deliver me home? I wish everyone not to get sick, to love each other and to be happy,” the 33-year-old athlete wrote on social media.

Kosheleva moved to Vallefolia last summer. The volleyball player played for the Russian national team from 2007 to 2021, won the world championship (2010) and twice the European championship (2013, 2015). As part of the Kazan “Dynamo” and “Zarechye” she became the champion of Russia.
