Successful performance by Angelina Brykina, Zakhar Maksimchuk and Maxim Kuznetsov
Team Ukraine won a bronze medal at Junior World Ski Acrobatics Championshipswhich started in the Italian Chiesa in Valmalenco.
The blue-and-yellows performed successfully in the team tournament. With a performance of 245.95 points, Ukraine lost the first two places to Canada (287.59) and China (280.60), but our athletes managed to get ahead of the Americans in the standings (235.87).
For the first time in history, Ukraine won a medal in the team tournament of the Junior World Ski Acrobatics Championship. The blue-yellow team performed Angelina Brykina, Zakhar Maksimchuk And Maxim Kuznetsov.
This is the second award for the Ukrainian team in Chiesa in Valmalenco. At the start of the event, Brykina won a bronze medal in the final of the freestyle competition. This medal was the first for Ukraine in 11 years at the level of junior world championships in women’s ski acrobatics competitions.
