Olympic champions Veronica Stepanova , Yulia Stupak , Tatiana Sorina And Natalia Terentieva (Nepryaeva) were included in the preliminary composition of coach Egor Sorin’s group for the 2024/25 season, reports the press service of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR).
The Presidium of the FLGR approved on Thursday the list of candidates for the national team and the composition of the groups. In the near future, the project will be submitted for approval to the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation.
Previously, it became known that Natalia and Alexander Terentiev would leave Yuri Borodavko’s group to join Sorin. On April 15, information appeared about Natalia’s pregnancy, which the skier herself later confirmed on social networks.
Olympic champion Sergei Ustyugov, as well as Alexander Bakurov, Sergei Ardashev, Sergei Volkov, Saveliy Korostelev, Konstantin Tiunov, Daria Nepryaeva, Elizaveta Pantrina and Anastasia Faleeva will train under the guidance of Sorin and Alexey Chernousov.
