Efimova – about silver in the Czech Republic in the 200m breaststroke: “Now you can start training, I’m generally great”

Triple Olympic medalist in swimming Yulia Efimova said the result in the 200 meter breaststroke was unexpected for her.

On Friday, Efimova became second, although she did not rule out that she would withdraw from this distance, since she had recently started playing on the long course again.

— It was mentally difficult to go to the start, 200 meters is a very difficult distance, especially when you are not ready. But lately I’ve started to feel more or less like myself. I didn’t expect it, it’s already more or less the right time.

– Yes! Now you can practice.

— How can you evaluate yourself?
