The meeting took place in Tula and ended with a score of 3-0 (25:18, 25:23, 25:22).
The score in the series up to three victories is 1:0 in favor of Belogorye. The teams’ second match will take place on Thursday, April 25 in Tula. The third match will take place on Sunday April 28 at Novy Urengoy.
Lokomotiv Novosibirsk defeated Zenit St. Petersburg in the first match of the series for fifth place – 3-0 (25:23, 25:22, 25:21). The next match of the series up to three victories will take place in Novosibirsk on April 25.
