International competitions for Russians will resume anyway, but not soon. In the 21st century, it is impossible to isolate such a huge country from everything,” Zheleznyakov told Metaratings.ru.
The International Skating Union (ISU) has banned Russian athletes from participating in competitions under its auspices due to the situation in Ukraine.
