“Everything was restored because a person gets used to everything and knows how to adapt to any situation. Now in Russia there are a large number of shows and tournaments that successfully replace international competitions.
Our skaters benefit from the support of the federation and excellent cash prizes. Many guys rose from the ashes, like a Phoenix, and are passionate about their work again,” Zheleznyakov told Metaratings.ru.
The International Skating Union (ISU) bans Russian athletes from participating in competitions under its auspices due to the situation in Ukraine.
