Previously, the silver medalist of the St. Petersburg Championship and the Panin-Kolomenkin Memorial Nikolai Ugozhaev, the winner of the St. Petersburg Federation Cup stage Sofia Pashko and the pair Sofia Kasins / Alexander Bregey were registered in the All-Russian competition “For the prizes of the St. Petersburg Figure Skating Federation”. They all withdrew from the tournament.
