ZhVK Leningradka coach apologized for obscene remarks after the match against Dynamo Moscow

Leningradka head coach Alexander Kashin apologized for his comments after the defeat to Dynamo Moscow in the third match of the Women’s Volleyball Super League bronze medal series.

On Wednesday, after Leningradka’s decisive defeat to Dynamo (9:15), Kashin gave an emotional flash interview in which he spoke obscenely about the volleyball players of the Moscow club. General Secretary of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation Alexander Yaremenko told that the end-of-season disciplinary commission will consider Kashin’s statements.

– I want to apologize. When I was speaking, first of all, I thought there was no microphone anymore, and secondly, I wasn’t talking about the girls or the coaching staff. “He was talking about something completely different,” Kashin said according to the Leningradka press service.

On Friday, Leningradka defeated Dynamo Moscow in the fourth match of the series. The score became equal – 2-2. The deciding match of the best-of-three series will take place on April 29 in Moscow.
