– Actually, I didn’t remember it until Alina’s interview, when she passed, I looked through the Internet and found out that it really happened (smiling). I can’t say exactly how I got it. I was 10-11 years old, I was skating in Kirov, my hometown, and we were invited to a small training camp in Novogorsk, where we talked. We met even before these training camps at the All-Russian competitions in Kirov,” Zonov was quoted as saying by “Championship”.
