The International Swimming Federation (World Aquatics), in accordance with the recommendations of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), does not allow Russians in team events to compete under the auspices of the organization. The European Swimming League (European Aquatics), against the backdrop of the situation in Ukraine, has suspended Russian athletes from participating in its tournaments. KOS-Sintez, who won the title of champion of Russia, is deprived of the opportunity to participate in European competitions.
— Will there be the possibility of taking the team to training camps abroad?
— There is a good chance that our club will organize a pre-season training camp in August in Serbia or Montenegro! The clubs of these countries are always ready to receive us, we have good friendly relations with Partizan Belgrade and Red Star Jadran (Herceg Novi).
— What decisions during the season helped you win the title?
— We have a champion team. The guys understand the goals and objectives that are set in the club! We have professional administrative and medical staff. The team management, as well as sponsors, do everything possible and impossible so that the club develops in the right direction. Together we marched towards the championship.
