Verbic said goodbye to Dynamo: Proud to go down in the history of a big club

Slovenian with the Kyiv club won five trophies

Panathinaikos new winger Benjamin Verbic commented on his departure from Dynamo Kyiv. The Slovenian stressed that he was proud of his performances in the white and blue.

“I am proud of every day I live here. I am leaving my favorite club, my favorite team, which I will miss very much. My son May is half Ukrainian. He is a fan of Kyiv Dynamo, as his father was, is and will be, ”Verbic wrote on Instagram.

“Dynamo Kyiv, Ukraine – thank you! I am proud to be part of the history of a big club. Verbic is a Dynamo player forever.

Verbic, 28, joined Panathinaikos today on a three-year contract with the Greek club. It was reported that the Slovenian will earn 2.5 million euros in three years.

The winger has been playing for Dynamo since February 2018. With the people of Kiev, Benyamin became the champion of Ukraine, the owner of the Cup of the country, as well as a three-time winner of the Super Cup of Ukraine.

Panathinaikos finished the last season of the Greek championship in fourth place.
