Olympic cross-country ski champion Veronica Stepanova and double Russian champion Savely Korostelev announced that they had joined the Tatarstan national team.
Stepanova and Korostelev previously represented the national team of the Arkhangelsk region.

I hope you will now not only see me at the finish line, but also hear/see me more on air outside of the ski slopes. Here our views and aspirations coincide with those of the captain of Tatarstan ski racing,” Stepanova wrote on the Telegram channel.
“The contract has been signed, the custom equipment is ready, there is a green jersey with a red stripe,” Korostelev said on the social network.
