Ukrainian esports organization Monte reported that a 19-year-old Lithuanian Gytis “ryu” Glušauskas returned to the youth team – Monte GEN.
In March, ryu was promoted to Monte’s main roster and played with the team at ESL Challenger League Season 47 Europe (0.91 rating), ESL Challenger Jönköping 2024 (0.98), Global Esports Tour Rio 2024 (0.93) and ESL Pro League Season 19 (1.03).
The other day, Monte lost to FaZe Clan (1:2) in the first round of the ESL Pro League Season 19 playoffs. The Ukrainian team took the final 13-16th place in the tournament and earned $17,500.
