Usyk’s sparring partner: Joshua is a tank, and Alexander is a boxing master

Isaac Chamberlain highlighted the strength of boxers.

WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk will fight Anthony Joshua for the second time.

British first heavyweight boxer Isaac Chamberlain, who once sparred with WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight title holders Alexander Usik and Anthony Joshua, shared his opinion about the fighters’ rematch.

According to the Briton, Usyk and Joshua have completely different approaches to fights.

“We have a huge fight ahead of us. Joshua needs to show his game, be very calculating, but at the same time very aggressive and tough. Usyk is a master of boxing. We’ll see how it goes.”

“They’re different. Joshua is like a tank. He’s so solid, it’s like hitting a brick wall. But Usyk, boxing master, he played with opponents – I saw it live. He played in the ring. So he’s very good,” Chamberlain said in an interview with YouTube channel Pro Boxing Fans.

It will be remembered that the rematch between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) at the Super Dome arena.

In the first match, which took place in September 2021, the Ukrainian defeated the Briton by unanimous decision, winning the championship belt.
