Before that, Ovsyankina performed in a duet with Matvey Samokhin, but their pair ceased to exist in December 2022. In July 2023, the first information appeared that Ovsyankina began training with Rayet in Lyon under the guidance of de la Asuncion, Emi Hirai, Olivier Schonfelder and Muriel Boucher-Zazoui.
“Alice and Maximilian will represent France next season. In July, they will participate in the selection for the French Junior Grand Prix,” said a representative of the French selection.
Ovsyankina is 16 years old. In 2022, with Samokhin, she became a silver medalist at the Russian Junior Grand Prix.
