— I always support such sporting initiatives; I am an athlete and figure skater myself. Any sport is incomplete without running; it’s the foundation of an athlete. I can’t live without it anymore, I’ve always loved running. An event of such international scope is very cool. Every sport must bring people together. I would love to participate as an athlete, but now it’s really difficult. Maybe in a year.
I still don’t give up and try to work and train. It invigorates me and gives me the strength to move forward. Every day you become better and better, overcoming yourself. For any person, it is hardening and endurance. These are just useful skills. That is why I congratulate everyone on this current holiday,” reports the correspondent of , reporting Kostomarov’s words.
The race around the world will take place over four distances of varying difficulty: 1, 5, 10 and 21.1 km. It is a unique opportunity to spend an active day with family or friends, meet like-minded people, take your first official start, set a personal best or go on a trip to a new city or a new country. General producer of , Alexander Tashchin, said that the channel will broadcast the international half marathon “ZaBeg.RF” for three hours.
