Athletistic / Football. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) registered Dynamo’s claim against Norman and his current club, Al-Raed.
Previously, Dynamo and Rostov appealed to FIFA over the unauthorized transfer of the player to another club. In November, the FIFA court found Norman guilty of breach of contract with Rostov and ordered the player to pay compensation to the Russian club.
“The Court of Arbitration for Sport has registered the following arbitration proceedings in connection with this case: Mathias Normann v Dynamo, Dynamo v Mathias Norman and Al-Raed, Al-Raed v Dynamo. The cases will be considered jointly and transferred for consideration by the same panel of arbitrators. The date of the hearing will be published later on the website,” the CAS said.
Last season, Norman played on loan at Dynamo. The rights to the footballer belonged to Rostov. The footballer left Russia without permission and signed a contract with another club, having agreements with Russian teams in hand.
