Head coach Ukrainian national team Sergey Rebrov announced the team composition for the preparatory training camp European Championship 2024.

The main blue-yellow roster included 26 players. The coaching staff also named six more players on the reserve list. The final application of the Ukrainian national team for the 2024 European Championship will be announced on June 7.

Defenders: Nikolay Matvienko, Efim Konoplya, Valeriy Bondar (all Shakhtar), Alexander Tymchik (Dynamo), Vitaly Mykolenko (Everton), Ilya Zabarny (Bournemouth), Alexander Svatok (SK Dnepr-1), Maxim Taloverov (LASK), Bogdan Mikhailichenko (Polesie).

Midfielders: Andrey Yarmolenko, Nikolay Shaparenko, Vladimir Brazhko (all Dynamo), Taras Stepanenko, Alexander Zubkov, Georgy Sudakov (all Shakhtar), Alexander Zinchenko (Arsenal), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona), Mikhail Mudryk (Chelsea), Sergei Sidorchuk ( Westerlo), Ruslan Malinovsky (Genoa).

The Ukrainian national football team will begin preparations for the 2024 European Championship on May 30 in Nuremberg. On June 12, our national team will move west to Wiesbaden, the base city of the blue-yellows during the continental championship.

The permanent location of the Ukrainian national team at Euro 2024 will be the city of Wiesbaden, the capital of the federal state of Hesse in western Germany, located next to Mainz and Darmstadt, not far from Frankfurt.

Before this, Sergei Rebrov’s team will play three friendly matches: on June 3 with Germany (in Nuremberg), on June 7 with Poland (away) and on the 11th with Moldova in Chisinau.

At the group stage of the European Championship, the blue-yellows will successively play with the teams of Romania (June 17), Slovakia (June 21) and Belgium (June 26). The matches will take place in Munich, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart, respectively.

Ukraine will play at the European Championships for the fourth time. The blue-and-yellows have consistently competed in the finals of the continental championship since 2012.

Euro 2024 will take place in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024. The matches of the European Championship will be held in arenas in Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.
