Alina Zagitova announced the suspension of her figure skating career in the summer of 2019. She is Olympic champion in individual skating in 2018, silver medalist of these Games in team competition, world champion (2019) and winner of the Grand Prix final (2017).
Alina is currently studying at the Faculty of Journalism at RANEPA, also works as a TV presenter and participates in various ice shows.
