On May 19, Russia’s main half marathon with synchronized start, “ZaBeg.RF”, will take place in all regions of the country. In 2023, five countries took part in the race for the first time, this year the number reached 14. Abroad, the event is held under the name “One Run”.
— What distance are you aiming for today? Are there any plans for personal bests?
— Today I’m aiming for a personal best, I want to run a half marathon in 1h40. But my little disk is still waiting for me; I hope my daughter will come to me. She will have the very first start in life. We’ll see how it goes, but most likely she will start on my shoulders and end too, ”said Shoigu on the channel.
