“Born to Win” took last place in Group B
Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere did not make it to the playoffs of the tournament DreamLeague Season 23 By Dota 2.
In the final match of the group stage, “Born to Win” lost to Team Falcons (0:2). Earlier in the tournament, NAVI defeated Azure Ray (2:0), tied with Shopify Rebellion (1:1), lost to Tundra Esports (0:2) and BetBoom Team (0:2).
NAVI (3-7) took last place in Group B and left DreamLeague Season 23. The Ukrainian organization earned $25 thousand for its performance at the tournament.
For the NAVI Dota 2 roster, this was the first big tournament (Tier 1 level) since August 2022, when “Born to Win” competed at PGL Arlington Major 2022.
Gaimin Gladiators – Tundra Esports and Team Falcons – Xtreme Gaming will play in the upper playoff bracket of DreamLeague Season 23. Aurora – BetBoom Team and Azure Ray – HEROIC / Team Liquid will meet in the lower bracket.
DreamLeague Season 23 takes place online on May 20-26. The prize fund is $1 million.
