In two sets, Yulia beat China’s Xiaodi Yu
Ukrainian tennis player Yulia Starodubtseva made it to the qualifying finals French Open (Roland Garros).
The Ukrainian needed two sets to defeat China’s Xiaodi Yu. The match time was one hour and 34 minutes.
In the first game, Yulia lost with a score of 1:3, but then made a powerful comeback, taking five games in a row. In the second set, the tennis player from China managed to win only two games. With the score 5:2 on her opponent’s serve, Starodubtseva converted the match point on her second attempt.

Five Ukrainians entered the Roland Garros main draw. The first racket of Ukraine, Elina Svitolina, who received the 17th tournament number, will perform at the Grand Slam clay tournament.
