Russia’s Svetlana Krivenok won a bronze medal in the shot put at the World Para Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan.
Krivenok, competing in the F33 class (tetraplegic, triplegic, severe hemiplegic athletes), showed a result of 7.49 meters. Mexican Hilda Cota Vera won gold (7.77) and Chinese Wu King took silver (7.54).
The World Championship will end on May 25, and Russian athletes will participate in the competition in neutral status.
