Karpaty and Alexandria are interested in winger Minaya Remenyak

According to Sport Arena, the winger Minaya Artur Remenyak is the object of interest from two clubs UPL — Carpathians And Alexandria.

The footballer, who previously played for PFC Lviv, joined Minaj in the summer of 2023, signing a two-year contract. Throughout the first round, during which Minaj scored six points and never won, Arthur was a reserve player – only four appearances as a substitute in the UPL.

In 2024, the team under the management of new coach Zeljko Ljubenovic transformed, scored 19 points in 15 matches and until the last round claimed salvation, but still left the elite division. 23-year-old Remenyak became one of the key performers in the spring, scoring five goals in 15 matches (including four matches in a row, starting from the end of April) and providing one assist.

Lyubenovich remained in his position and is determined to return with Minaj to the UPL. At the same time, he is ready to part with a number of performers: “I hope we will have offers for football players. I want them to get promoted.”

Karpaty, who followed the opposite direction at the end of the season, are obviously planning a lot of incoming transfers this coming summer. As previously reported, the Lviv residents are looking at: defenders Eduard Sarapiy and Alexander Svatok, midfielder Valentin Rubchinsky and forward Alexander Filippov (all from SK Dnepr-1), Sunderland striker Nazariy Rusin, defensive player Timur Stetskov from Krivbass.

Alexandria, despite its ambitions and “the most spectacular football in the Ukrainian championship,” spent most of the season close to the relegation zone and only thanks to a successful finish it rose to eighth place. The team has already begun transfer work: for example, it was previously reported about the extension of the contract with the experienced Kirill Kovalets and parting with the Ecuadorian Madison Julio.
