“I have changed radically: if then [на Евро-2020] I went simply as a rotation person, now I’m already going as the main football player. I expect some high level of play from myself, and I should expect a high level from the national team. But we can’t talk about any specific result.”
“When you go to such a tournament, you don’t need separate motivation. Now our country is in such a situation that every game for the national team – there is no point in talking about anything at all. When you put on the national team’s T-shirt, it’s already incredible emotions and incredible motivation.”
“Will I feel pressure because of a possible transfer? I haven’t encountered this yet.”
The 21-year-old footballer also admitted that he “wants and dreams” of playing at the 2024 Olympics.
