Pavlyuk, Krupsky and Yakuba were called up to the Ukrainian Olympic team

All three were not on Ruslan Rotan’s reserve list

Three players were called up to Olympic team of Ukraine for a friendly tournament in Toulon. Let us note that all of them were not included in Ruslan Rotan’s reserve list.

Poltava Vorskla announced the call of defenders Evgenia Pavlyuka And Ilya Krupsky. Also in the ranks of blue and yellow will go center back Roman Yakub, which on loan from Valmiera (Latvia) stands for the Polish Forest.

Rotan’s main application list for the Maurice Revello international tournament, which will be held in France in the first half of June, includes 27 football players. The youth team tournament will take place from June 4 to June 16. Rotan’s team will play in the group stage with peers from Indonesia (June 4), Italy, Panama and Japan.

Let us remind you that in the summer of 2024 Ukraine will take part in the Olympic football tournament for the first time. Ruslan Rotan’s team won a ticket to Paris last year, reaching the semi-finals of the European Youth Championship.

The Ukrainian national team will play at the 2024 Olympics with Argentina, Morocco and Iraq. In the first round, Rotan’s team will meet the Asian team on July 24.
