Tutberidze noted that all this upset her very much. She does not understand why children cannot participate in international tournaments. “A kind of absurdity,” said the coach.
“Everything is very, very frustrating. I understand a lot of things, but I don’t accept the suspension of our athletes, children from international competitions.
It’s a bit absurd. Help us, Lord, out of this situation,” Tutberidze wrote on social media.
Recall that at the Olympics-2022 in Beijing, Anna Shcherbakova, a student of Tutberidze, won gold. Second was Alexandra Trusova, who landed five quadruple jumps in the free skate.
