Olympic ice dancing champion Natalia Bestemyanova told that the previous generation of figure skaters won every trophy possible in women’s singles skating, and now athletes want to compete in ice shows.

Earlier it became known that among the single skaters, the Russian national figure skating team included Alina Gorbacheva, Sofia Muravyova, Adelia Petrosyan, Ksenia Sinitsyna, Anna Frolova and Veronika Yametova. Compared to last season, the team does not have Kamila Valieva or Elizaveta Tuktamysheva.
