Dates set for 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore

The FINA World Aquatics Championships will be held from July 11 to August 3, 2025 in Singapore, according to the International Swimming Federation.

The majority of the competition will take place at the Singapore Sports Centre.

More than 2,500 athletes from 210 national federations are expected at the FINA World Championships. 76 sets of medals will be contested in six sports: swimming, water polo, diving, open water swimming, synchronized swimming and high-level diving.

Initially, the World Cup was to be held in Kazan, but the Russian city lost this right for political reasons.
