European diving champion Nikita Shleicher described his third jump in the final of the Russian Championship as terrible.
Schleicher won the three-meter springboard during these competitions which take place in Kazan.
– Third jump? It’s horrible. But, we know, diving is a nervous sport, you have to fight to the end, you can win with such jumps. I always keep fighting and working until the end, giving up is bad <…> This is the main projectile, the goal was first or second place in order to qualify for the BRICS Games,” Schleicher said on .
