Usain Bolt injured during a football match and left the field on a stretcher

Jamaican sprinter, eight-time Olympic champion Usain Boulon injured during a charity football match in London.

On Sunday, a meeting between the England team and the world team, led by Bolt, took place at Stamford Bridge. The match ended in favor of the British with a score of 6:3.

In one of the episodes of the second half, Bolt tried to take the ball from Jermain Defoe, but caught his leg and fell to the lawn. Medics first treated the 37-year-old Jamaican, then carried him off the field on a stretcher. The right leg of the 100 and 200 world record holder was fixed with a special bandage.

Bolt is the only athlete to run under 9.6 seconds in the 100m.
